m using an 21 inch hertz mille in my octavia so now you know anything can fir there.

its upon your need but i will recommend a 15" for tighter bass and better frequency reproduction till 80hz

What is the process to actually become a matador. Training and lifestyle changes involved.

Why would anyone in this day and age really want to become a matador (or bullfighter) in the first place?

Bull fighting is a dying sport. It's certainly cruel and sadistic. It was introduced into Spain in ancient times by the Carthaginians a people known for their extreme cruelty.
They also practiced human sacrifice just as rigorously as the Aztecs and Toltecs of pre-Columbian Mexico did.

The Romans later continued the sport of bull fighting in their gladatorial games and introduced a variation of it into England. The English bull dog was bred to battle bulls in a bull pen ( Queen Elizabeth I herself was reportedly a fan). The dog would eventually bite the bull's nose and the bull would bleed to death. However, even England finally outlawed the sport in 1848 after more than a century of decline..

There has been an anti-bull fighting society in Spain since 1948 which has been trying to outlaw bull fighting there too. Just last year (2007), Spain finally outlawed the showing of bull fights on television.

I've read that there is a matador school somewhere in southern Texas which trains young men interested in becoming matadors in a summer camp-like setting.

However, I think this is wrong. Since bull fighting is illegal under American law, it should be illegal for any American citizen to study it or to practice it, even outside the United States.

Being a matador in the arena certainly has its risks too and many matadors are gored by the horns of bulls. Some are killed instantaneously while others carry gross injuries from the gorings - and the subsequent surgical operations - with them for the rest of their lives.
